Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all online purchases made through www.albaskinclinic.co.uk. It covers order processing, delivery, returns, and refunds for physical products purchased via our online store.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day.

  • During busy periods or stock shortages, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We work with trusted UK couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Express or next-day delivery options are available for orders placed before 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

If you select express delivery, your order should arrive on the next business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Local collection from our Cirencester clinic may also be available upon request.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free Standard Shipping may be available for orders above a set threshold (e.g. £60).

  • Any additional costs for special delivery services or remote areas will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Alba Skin Clinic is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery according to their policy.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging and handling your order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt (or expected delivery date).

 

To process a claim:

  • Email info@albaskinclinic.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging/item.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

 

Items damaged during transit or issues not caused by the customer will be refunded or replaced in full.

6. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the item is received.

  • Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (including any protective seals).

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@albaskinclinic.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will respond with return instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing your refund.

 

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or damaged goods).

 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@albaskinclinic.co.uk with your order number and clear photos.

We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) once verified.

8. International ShippingAt this time, Alba Skin & Beauty Clinic ships only within the United Kingdom.

We are working on expanding our delivery options to include international destinations soon.

 

9. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, strikes, severe weather, or customs issues.
