Dispose of any used items, such as your empty vial and needles, in the designated sharps bin. When disposing of needles, it’s important to be cautious and ensure that they are not sticking out of the bin. This helps ensure a clean and responsible process.

To put your mind at ease, NAD remains stable at room temperature for several weeks. It only begins to degrade after being exposed to temperatures above 30°C / 85°F for a few days. Even then, it is not harmful, though it may lose some efficacy. For your convenience, we include a cool pack under the bottom carton to maintain optimal conditions in transit. For optimal freshness, we recommend storing NAD in the refrigerator upon arrival and after opening, keeping it away from bright light and extreme heat.

The injection can sting sometimes & bruises are not uncommon. Try removing the NAD+ from the fridge for 30 minutes beforehand as it can sting more when it’s cold. Try various injection sites and a new one each time and a 45-degree angle can help.
