Every JULÄINE™ treatment at ALBA begins with a comprehensive consultation. We assess your skin, discuss your anatomy and goals, and build a personalised treatment plan — no two plans are the same.

Consultation
Comprehensive skin and medical assessment with your doctor. We discuss your goals, review your medical history, and determine whether JULÄINE™ is the right treatment for you. The £50 consultation fee is redeemable against treatment.

Treatment
JULÄINE™ is administered via precise injections into targeted areas. Sessions typically take 30–45 minutes. Most patients require 2–3 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, for optimal collagen stimulation.

Collagen Builds
In the weeks following each session, lactic acid released from the degrading PLLA microspheres signals your fibroblasts to produce new Type I collagen. Visible improvement typically begins around 2–3 months.

Long-Term Results
Results continue to develop for up to 6 months post-treatment and can last 18–24 months. We schedule a review at 6 months to assess your response and advise on any maintenance.
